Liked to stay there, the place is nice. Staff was efficient and extremely hospitable despite our late arrival. The setting was comfortable and excellant.

In general rooms were neat with kitchen.

Clean property so close to shopping mall and Central Business District, other attractions in the city, and shopping complex. Excellent apartment's staff. Particularly good and stunning setting close to 2 big malls.

The location was stunning and exceptionally nice and a large indoor mall was easily accessible. It had wheelchair accessible policy, as described. The staff was very amiable with an amazing service.

The whole place was clean and the bedroom was comfy. The kitchen had a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges etc to cook a meal. I loved the convenient and excellent location that is close to centre of city close to office, and Lotte Shopping Mall & Mall Ambassador, even so the area was poor.

Our recent stay at Somerset was enjoyable and comfortable. The location was convenient, with Lotte Shopping Mall and Mall Ambassador nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, including a complete set of kitchen utensils. The check-in process was smooth, with a helpful staff member assisting us. we had a positive experience during our stay at Somerset Grand Citra Jakarta. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and spacious rooms.

Everything about this stay was great, thanks. All was good with the apartment itself; very good staff and rooms. Hair dryers, a walk-in shower and terrycloth bathrobes were a bonus. The location of the property was strategic for my needs really close to shopping mall, shopping complex, shopping area. Walked in 5 minutes to Jj Royal Brasserie that serves coffee and treats.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with two big shopping malls just a short walk away. You'll never run out of dining and shopping options. the staff are quick and efficient when it comes to attending to issues in the room and providing great service. the complementary upgrade to a 3 bed room apartment is a nice touch, and the spacious rooms are a definite advantage.

There were some minor flaws in the room, such as the balcony door not locking.

It had marvellous location in a good area not far from Mall Ambassador. Plus a big shopping mall and a shopping area next door was so handy.

I always choose this place because it has great service and helped me with early check in. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, fitness centre, board games, outdoor swimming pool. Coming back for New Year!
